Job Summary:
- This individual will be responsible for sale revenue by effectively selling the company’s products, identifying new opportunities, and personally securing new accounts/customers.
- Given the specialized and niche area, the individual must come with experience of selling similar solutions and products within the marine and logistics industry and interacted with the leading large Carriers, BCOs and NVOs
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market penetration of IQAX product and solutions
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, to achieve targets
- Effectively drive opportunities through the pipeline to closure and revenue realization.
- Provide accurate forecasting and identify executable actions to bridge any gaps to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Develop quality proposals for customers/prospects which clearly articulate the value proposition of IQAX’s solution, catering to the customer’s bespoke business need
- Work closely with product management team to differentiate our offer to the market
- Provide customer feedback and input to Product Management and the Executive team to drive new product offerings for IQAX
- Keep current on market developments and be knowledgeable of the competition
- Be able to differentiate IQAX’s products and solutions in the marketplace
Job Specifications:
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Academic qualifications within the scope of real time analytics, cloud computing, commodity sensors, and embedded systems would be an added advantage
Prior Experience
- 4-10 years of software and solution sales experience within the Logistics /Shipping industry
- Track record of consistently making or exceeding sales target
- Proven skill on selling complex IT solution & services

- Self motivated, self learning & flexible work approach
- A logical mind capable of translating technological processes into simple language
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate within different corporate structures and hierarchy
- Polished negotiation skills with excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin / Cantonese and English.
- Ability to travel in excess of 50%
